Work was tough today - the pressure's off a little bit, and I just couldn't be bothered!  Managed to get a fair bit done anyway, and it was a nice quiet day, which does make a nice change recently.  I did pilates at lunchtime, and had a final 'blue chair' session this afternoon with Mags and Char (we call it that because Char has a comfy blue chair in her office and that's what one of us normally ends up sitting in when we go to visit her - you know, in normal times, not in the Covid era).
