Suffolk Police were today investigating the ritual murder of a well loved TV character.

Mr Squarepants was found gruesomely impaled in what police believe was the work of an anti-sealife terror group who want to stamp out rectangular life-forms.

Police want to interview their leader - Mustafa Roundtrousers.

Mr Squarepants, who lived in a Pinapple under the sea, will be remembered at a memorial service to be held at Suffolk Sealife Centre next Wednesdau.
