Mine may seem a silly question. How can I get fatter? It seems rather difficult these days, and I am so scraggy!
There is no reason why you shouldn't put on weight even now if you choose your food alright and don't worry about things. Sleep is very imperative too; try to get at least ten hours a night. Don't eat highly spiced foods, but wholesome ones that are rich in starch and fat; oatmeal, for instance, is excellent. Drink a glass of milk every morning at 11 and one in the afternoon, but don't drink much water between meals. Take a certain amount of exercise as this will help you to get the most out of your food.
