Sun is setting already

Tomorrow will be the shortest day of the year.

It always amazes me how the suns position changes over the year as it rises and falls. Shadows move, perspective changes, even the nature of the light feels like it’s different, in this season.

This is a picture of our yard just after 4 PM. You can begin to see the sun already starting to go down. Shadows are long and the light is changing, lessening.
