The tree

The tree is dressed and the lights lit in time for Solstice Eve! 

Much better weather forecast for this evening than for tomorrow, and MrM and I  had hoped to be able to see the great  conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn. But, sadly, it was not to be, thanks to a thick bank of cloud across the sky. Enjoyed watching English Heritage's live streaming of the sunset at Stonehenge, though.

It must be Christmas - this evening the port was opened...
