bubbling wine

doing pears in red wine tonight and thought I'd use some mulled wine instead of adding all the spices.Made a rather strong syrup though by the time it had reduced. I do like photographing 'bubbles' in any form but these weren't easy to take as the lens steams up as soon as you get close to take the photo.
