Fruitpatooty
This morning I had appointment with the Hand Physio to see how the hand splints were going. I told her that they found something in the Ultrasound Scan last week. She looked up my file and printed out a report for her and one for me. She had never heard of what they found in my left side of my neck. Said its best to not do any exercises until I get seen by the Specialist. She gave me soft padding for my hand grips of my elbow crutches.
Because it is so hard to get parking at or near the hospital I left really early just incase I had to walk some distance. I was so lucky I got the last handicap park left. I was 45 minutes early so took a walk to find the Penguin that was on the banks of the Avon River. There had been light drizzle off and on all morning and seemed to be getting a little heavier by then. I had a coffee at a nearby cafe and by the time I finished the drizzle had turned into light rain. The 'Middle photo at the Top' I took after my coffee, you can see the ground really wet by then.
The light rain continued for about two hours and cleared up. Never saw any sun or blue sky's today. Good to get some rain for the garden. First in ages.

All About the Penguins
Wild in Art is bringing a second sculpture trail to Christchurch on 29 November 2020. In partnership with Presenting Partner, Harcourts and with the support of many other sponsors and funders, Pop Up Penguins will give residents and visitors a fresh opportunity to discover and delight in all that makes Ĺtautahi special.
The public art trail will include 50 large penguin sculptures, sponsored by companies and decorated by established and emerging artists, along with 65 little penguins, decorated by schools as part of the Pop Up Penguins Learning Programme.
All decorated penguins will be displayed across Christchurch on a public art trail that will celebrate all the unique parts of our city. The penguins will highlight themes like climate change, community, Antarctica, creativity, innovation and exploration.
After nine weeks, out and about in Christchurch, the street sized penguins will be auctioned to raise money for Cholmondeley Children’s Centre.
