My Life Is Not Average

Peas, anyone?

My friend Douglas is the star of my blip for the second day in a row ... here he is at CU, snacking on a bag of peas. Most people thought it was a little strange, but eventually agreed to try a few. The mixed reactions were amusing - some people loved them and some hated them.

Our staff worker, Sam, was talking on forgiveness this evening. It was interesting discussing what the world's views on forgiveness are, and why people often react to the offer of forgiveness that Jesus gives the way they do.

We're all in need of forgiveness because none of us are good. When we don't feel particularly bad, though, it can be hard to accept that we need to be forgiven.
