Nativity Scene, Bishop's Palace, Wells.

Chris & I went to buy the Christmas turkey and gammon this morning and get one or two last minute presents, while Tess was preparing the braised red cabbage then delivering some more cards.

This afternoon, Tess & I went to the Bishop's Palace in Wells. The gardens have been illuminated and the public parts of the Palace decorated for Christmas. We were a bit early for the illuminations but the interior was looking very pretty.

The main blip shows the Nativity scene in the chapel. The extra is of one of the rooms with an interesting table centrepiece made up from antique books.
