Dichty at Sunset
A bright day
I led part of our Carol Service this morning with lots of participants, from young and older. It all went well and everyone enjoyed it. From next Sunday we will be under Tier Four restrictions which may mean we have to restrict our numbers a wee bit.
After lunch we went out for a walk from Broughty Ferry to Monifieth, a favourite walk of ours. The Dichty continues to run deep deep and fast and it was lovely to see it against the background of the sunset.
My wife has fully recovered from her cataract operation and is glad she can see so well nogot home it was time to drop in on a zoom service from our son’s church. One of our granddaughters was performing in a dance so it was nice to catch up.
As far as all the new restrictions over Christmas is concerned, we had already decided to not meet with anyone else, although I do feel sorry for those whose plans have had to be radically altered.
