Saturday brunch!
An innovative way of eating bacon and eggs! Pop raw strip of bacon round the outside, fill with egg and cheese whisked together, cook on 180 for half an hour or so - glorious! No need to grease the tray because of the fat from the bacon, they pop right out.
And taste wonderful!!
