Optimistic

Pepper is optimistically waiting for me to throw a ball for her! She will wait in vain. This is the start of a footpath and, at this point, it's grassy. At the end of that fence the mud starts and it's two steps forward and one sideways! I was on the hunt for some Christmas greenery - plenty of ivy but no holly - I may have to improvise.

Our tree will be put up this evening so that will help to lift the Christmas spirits. What planet was Boris on thinking a long free moving holiday was a good idea? Now he's had to change his mind, more people are annoyed because they had made plans based on his reassurances of only a few days ago, that it would be alright! Boris the Bad!!
