Fitbit

My old grey Fitbit strap disintegrated so I treated myself to a colourful new one.  It pays homage to the NHS, shows solidarity with Gay Pride, and is a small rebellion against the drabness of an English winter.

Our walk this morning (extra) was 9,500 steps, making 11,211 by 12.07.  I'm currently at 13,893 steps, 5.99 miles, 68 floors and 119 active minutes.  My daily average steps since lockdown has been 13,000.  MrHCB has been averaging 18,000.  He had a check up with his GP on Tuesday who told him he didn't get enough exercise :-(
