How green was my valley

The sun is so low in the sky now (shortest day today or tomorrow I think!) and the vibrant green of the fields was incredible this afternoon.  In extras Ivy is having a little drink out of the stream that runs along the bottom of the valley.

In case any of you blippers are interested, attached is a link to a virtual carol service in aid of a wonderful local charity called Kate's Home Nursing in which our church choir took part.  I'm in the front row on the right!  We were recorded at the beginning of December when there were only five of able to sing for various reasons.  Tonight is our annual Carol service - luckily our numbers are back up and there will be 11 of us singing.
