Back home

I had a fun weekend visiting friends although it was a bit hectic. The little TMGs got so excited that it was be hard to calm them down. Today was even worse since we stopped at a family birthday party on the way home. The little TMGs could barely keep their eyes open this evening, but it did not stop one of them from throwing a tantrum. <Sigh> that is the nature of tired children.

After a nice weekend, it was great to have some dedicated blip time this afternoon. I was feeling tired from the traveling and my blip motivation was lacking. I drove to a new spot and felt energized by some new things to shoot. The same spot will be featured in future blips.

In this shot, you can see a local ice cream spot. It is located in a barn on a hill and I had climbed the hill to compose the shot. I like the bright red barn and the gorgeous blue sky. I also think that the fence in the foreground provides some visual interest, and am somewhat mixed on the shadows.
