Saturn meets Jupiter

Tonight Saturn and Jupiter will be close together, in conjunction, in the S-W night sky soon after sunset.The two planets have not been this close to each other in a dark sky for some 800 years. The extra image, seen on t'internet, indicates that clouds might well prove to be a  problem! With such a disaster in mind I photographed the pair of planets last night as they neared conjunction. Given that I only had my 135mm zoom lens and no tripod I am quite pleased with the result!
