Bit knacked after the overnighter at work to go out on the bike for umpteen hours so went for a stroll round Lauriston Castle with a flat white and a Christmas cupcake instead.

Set up on the turbo in the hall late arvo for a sesh, didn't want my legs seizing up completely after all.
