I Read the News Today, Oh Boy...

As of this morning it looked liked we would be spending Christmas Day with our two lovely girls, their families and the grandchildren. That was until 4 pm this afternoon when we got the news from Boris. What a blow. 

I imagined what it must have been like for families separated for more than 5 years during the WW2 and for mothers and children missing each other through the evacuation scheme.

Then this evening I watched the interview with Paul McCartney. He's a God. And we can get through this with the vaccine developed in part with the help of those Gods at Imperial.

And I am so thrilled that Bill Bailey won Strictly. What a great light entertainment show Strictly has been.  Huge congratulations to the production crew pulling it off in such difficult circumstances.
