The Clare Bell

During a meeting at work, Clare said something that she will probably live to regret. She said to me "I'll do anything you ask of me. Just put it in the minutes". So the last item in the minutes? Introducing the "Clare Bell". On hearing the "Clare Bell", Clare must report immediately to the bell ringer. She then must perform whatever task is asked of her. I'll never go short of a cuppa at work now!
