All change

I feel so sorry for those that have made plans for Christmas and now having to change them. My daughter and her partner were going to York to be with his family for four days and now they can’t.
Walk before breakfast and bumped into friends, so chat in street, walked down to the river before lunch and bumped into another couple, so chat on the river bank. This afternoon polished and vacuumed every room. Cooked dinner and now watching a film.
Hubby having the cider the daughter brought him last Sunday.
I do think the decision about Christmas is right but he should have made it last week and once again left it too late.
