At least the lunch is smiling
We are tier 2 but we are right on the border of tier 4. The supermarket we go to is in tier 4, so if we follow the rules we are not allowed to go there and we have to go to a different one. The swimming lake which is 1/2 a mile away is also in tier 4 now. There are lots of odd situations like that being right on the border of a different tier.
John's parents were going to come for christmas but we already cancelled them before the announcement. His mum may visit us on new years day (we are her support bubble) as we would have had no work or school for 9 days by then so figure that is safer.
