Heron

This morning I cleaned the kitchen, went to buy food for Christmas, and then baked biscuits. Once that was done, I was able to go out for a walk round RSPB St Aidans. It was very muddy, most of the birds were gone, but I did get this heron, and walked 10km, which will have done me the world of good. I really needed that.
