Raindrops keep falling on my head..

I was about to go out to take a photo of the White Camellia but it started raining again.. so I took a photo of the raindrops on the window instead.

Actually we were lucky again as when it was time to take Fletch out it was dry and quite mild so we managed a decent walk, albeit only locally.

Just before it was dark ( oh so early in the afternoon) the rain eased off and I went out to get a photo of the camellia. It always opens at this time of year, almost to the same date.   The red  camellia, at the back of the bushes, is also opening up too,  Glancing up and I saw the sky turning a lovely pink so a quick click, not too bad as it was taken with the Macro lens (added as extras ,)

A parcel arrived from my sister in law.. for my birthday next week. As always, it was beautifully wrapped Japanese style in cloth. 
I had hoped when I bought my brothers birthday present  we would be meeting up soon. We usually meet mid between Christmas and New Year . (His birthday is the 24th, mine the 27th) but now it looks like it could be quite a while before we meet up. So a quick change of plan to get a present delivered .

 Have been looking closely at the weather forecast as I'm really hoping to meet up with Flavia 13 this week, especially after seeing the news  re  Covid restrictions. .. hoping to meet while we still can!!
The news is inevitable  but sad for all those people who have thought they could meet up with family .
