COVID Curtailed Christmas Conundrum

On Aaron's last day of term before Christmas we usually have a bit of a Christmas outing to get some presents and stop for -an incentivising- meal out somewhere, in some fashion. This year being what it is meant a bit of a change of plan. I don't think Aaron was really feeling it after finishing school and there's a bit of anxiousness with the idea of going into town. So we compromised with a trip to the retail park and a drive-thru McDonald's to take home. Still, we got everything we needed to I suppose, even if I didn't get the crepes and craft beer I was hoping for.
