At Last....!!!!

The almond paste icing layer is on....I’m not very good with anything that needs to be kneaded...(haha)...so hubby decided he’d have a go ably assisted by video call to our daughter (she has done this job for a number of years )!
I think he did a brilliant job...!!

Finding this a very stressful time all round ....trying to behave ‘normally ‘ whatever that is anymore and constantly worried about the rising number of virus cases..
