Duck Confit

Duck confit, salad with radishes, and cornbread. Wine: Château la Papeterie Montagne-Saint-Émilion 2015.

Great dinner, great wine. My southern ancestors would frown (with some cause) at my making cornbread with yellow cornmeal, but it is difficult to find white cornmeal in Southern California.
