Just zooming along

During this season of advent we have been gathering with all those who might be interested for a short advent reflection on zoom. Tonight was fun.

It seems that each week it’s almost a totally different crowd who comes out on zoom to meet together. In that way we’ve connected with a good deal of the people in our community.

Tonight was fun because we saw old friends we hadn’t seen for a long time. Some of our more technologically challenged people were able to connect with us all. And because we laughed, a lot. And that did our hearts good.

It’s in moments like these that I realize how much I miss old friends.
