A slow day for photography

I lacked inspiration today so I brought out some old CD's and experimented with them. I had been saving them for years because they are so nice and shiny. I thought I might be able to use them for something other than their original purpose. I took several photos under different lighting conditions and came up with this prismatic effect. I think there is potential there to use the mirror effect of CD's and the prismatic effect to come up with some interesting photos but it is going to take some more thought and work.
