Interesting to see the official annual HR moves at work today. Especially it was the timing for many of my colleagues joining the company at the same year to be moved.

What impressed me was that one of them will work (remaining as an employee in my company) at the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers in the Philipines for a few years.

I understand it's necessary for more of our workers to familiarize with the local world in the case we make new entries into various overseas markets.
Also I guess it's meaningful for a worker at an insurance company to understand what an insurance means in terms of the purpose of our business (ie complement of national social security and to stabalize a person's life).
