That's Mt Vic which is a kinda treasure as this scene is about 20 minutes from our apartment and walking the tracks you would often not know there was a city there. 
There are some abseilers working on a bit of our building and they left a huge cone where The Boss spotted it and.........Surely this is abuse of some sort....(Extra)
