“Come on Dad, throw the ball for me!”

Today I have not been walking much at all. Yesterday I found my left ankle to be a bit painful but this morning it was a bit worse to the point where I struggle to walk on it! I have tried quite a few different remedies without any serious effect so I suspect I may have to just keep it till it gets better.
Chloe has been slightly confused as to why I haven’t been walking her but at least I was able to play ball with her for a while.
