For Hermione Cottage

I trimmed this printed panel this morning, added navy borders, backed it with batting and a backing cloth , did some simple quilting on the machine, made a binding, attached it to the quilt, initially by machine, then sat down and enjoyed hand stitching it finally into place. I'll make a hanging sleeve for the wall hanging tomorrow and slide in a well dried length of bamboo from the garden, hang a navy cord to each end of the bamboo and take it to Lake Tarawera to hang it on the wall in Hermione Cottage.
