North Pole

Woke up to wind and rain......and the house phone ringing at 7.10am, needless to say I dived across the bed to answer it, an asian sounding gentlemen telling me his name was John Parker from BT calling about my internet connection...needless to say my internet is not through BT....I will leave you to imagine what I said !!!!!

Once my heart rate had settled down, I got myself together and went downstairs for breakfast. Hub had a reasonable night and was expecting the physio to visit him late morning.

I took myself off to the hairdressers, a nice treat, some dark grey lowlights and a little shorter, really happy with it :-)

Dropped some cards round to a friends, lots of chat to catch up on. Then to my sis's.....before heading home, after the rush hour had calmed down.

Hubs scan results showed positive signs, but they do want to put a stent in to support the artery thats being squashed, doing it Friday and there is a little more fluid which they now want to drain, so looking like Monday for that. As long as these have the desired effect it should see him home pre xmas, fingers crossed. Plenty of positives to lift his spirits......but he was pannicking cos he'd used up his mobile data for the month, with all the face timing! I have been on to his provider and sorted it so hes happy now ;-)

Not had much time to get the camera out today, so another shot of another festive house on our estate........I think this one is preferable to yesterday's ;-)

Ive been on the phone for 3 hours tonight, updating the kids and family.....I have one very flat ear!!!!
