Very Green!

Avocados!....
yesterday I bought 2kg of these avocados ....
not from a shop or a farm....but while I was at the Hairdresser’s!
An elderly Spanish man came into the Salon and was selling them. He had grown them on his small holding. 
As he said to us....this morning all of these were on a tree!
That’s fresh!....and locally grown!
Most avocados in the supermarkets, at the moment are imported.
To be honest they are still hard....so I will have to ripen them, slowly...
But I paid him €7 for 2 kg.....so I think that is a bargain!....
My plan, as they start to ripen, is to pass some on, to friends and family!
