The Rule of None

The pubs are still closed but it looked like someone was clearing up after a party at the Midland. Perhaps the rumours are true and they are readying for a reopening if we move to Tier 2. 

The tiers were meant to offer simple to follow guidelines. I don't know anyone who has a clear understanding of what is and what is not permitted at the moment. I think most of us apply common sense. The messaging from the government over Christmas is now getting increasingly confusing, which is going to make the whole business even more stressful than usual. So many tricky moral decisions to make, so much pressure to do the right thing when you've no idea what that is.

I think Christmas should be cancelled to put us all out of our misery. I didn't really say that ... honest.
