Today I finally......

........made these Lemon Curd Crumble Bars (a Waitrose recipe). R likes sweet things so I relented. Think they’ve turned out okay even if a bit caramelised around the edges. Time will tell. Otherwise just a bit stressed so have resorted to gin.
