Quesadilla

Brisket quesadilla, carrot escabeche, and radishes.

I had some leftover brisket and decided to use it in quesadillas tonight. In addition to cheese (jack), I added sautéed some bell pepper, and I mixed some chipotles in adobo sauce with the brisket.
