Work was full of IT gremlins and then I did a client referral for a blind 80 yr old man that had been awarded 18 hrs support after he'd been evicted (and spent nights on the street) from his local authority housing - just awful - he wouldn't accept our support and I can't believe they evicted him (for not giving workmen access) they should just have left this fiercely independent man alone - makes my blood boil
After work, dinner bath and a bit of moomin time - who is shouting a lot when she's unhappy - that isn't mike or I so hopefully another phase! Melody slept from 7-6.45 last night for daddy :)
Did well on my fast today - except for peanut butter on toast - BBQ peanuts, 2 mini doughnuts, chips peas and currywurst - and the crunchy in the drawer downstairs that's got my name on it!
