It’s the little things...
A tea cake and a new frock - well, a not so new frock as it has been in the wardrobe with its tags on for months. Lockdown in March meant dressdown at work for the students who were in and us and less call for frocks until September. I also had my hair cut this evening which was a good end to the day. Less satisfying was the road being closed on the route home and a significant detour down very dark back lanes to get back to where I started.
