And it is a great day with 20c outside at 4.00 PM.
This is The Carter Fountain which is specifically controlled and won't be playing if the wind is likely to blow the spray (salt water) to the shore and buildings there. The Bloke was reading a book in the morning about 8.30 AM and was still there when we came back later after doing a loop through the Botanical Gardens and the cafe.(13Km and 20 floors) Its always great to have a Cafe in the middle of a stagger.....
