Milk Tanker Arrives

The milk tanker backs into Hodder Bank Farm to collect the milk from the Holstein and Jersey cows which are farmed here. The milk is collected by a local dairy company called Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses. Blacksticks Blue is the most famous cheese that this company makes.
