Morning run

So.this shouldn't be flooded and its a lovely park run route! as I was co.ing out of the woods superb mud plant! very pleased it was mud so a soft fall...what a muddy mess. Dental check.up to.find out my lovely lady dentist giving up dentistry.. she's in probably 40? pandemic caused havoc and she said dentistry is way to stressful and has gone into giving sedation to patients..

Now back.to drawing board!!! just started to trust her as I really don't like the dentist...
Tonight we have a pub garden dinner in the rain outside.. A yoings pub so well.organised.
