Stale Bread!

This bakery which I pass on the way to work always makes me smile. I wonder how many clients are impressed

a. by the cleanliness of the model baker (I'm not sure how often he gets a wash if at all!), and

b. by the fact that he has been holding the same plastic-looking loaf for as long as I
can remember

Despite this the bakery appears to be popular and I've heard that the bread on sale is not at all stale but of very good quality. Appearances can be deceptive ... but also in this case the camera doesn't lie - i.e. I resisted the temptation to clean him up in Photoshop :)
