Tree detail

Finally got around to buying a tree despite the constant rain all day.

Saw some gorgeous ones at Waitrose but they were £48 and only about as big as a person! Went to the local supplier we usually use to find a nice one at about £70!!!! We usually it buy from them right at the end of the season, when the trees are heavily discounted, but last year they only had 3 left a few days before Christmas and they were all about knee height!

Decided in the end to try a well known DIY store. Whilst I’m all for supporting local businesses I’m also all for not getting ripped off. Bought this needle dropper for £20 and it smells divine. It’s going to spend the evening letting it’s branches down and settling into its new home. I’m thinking minimal tree decorations this year.
