A Murky...

.....sort of afternoon with a little hint of blue sky and light at sunset.

My youngest’s 23rd birthday today...the rest of us enjoyed a lazy day while she went to work :-) It’s always been a bittersweet sort of day for the family as my parents were involved in a serious road accident the day she was born. Thankfully they both survived but as Dad recovered from his injuries cancer took over and he died four months later. Middle child was 5½ at the time and on the Monday at school during “Circle Time” when it came to his turn he declared he had good news and bad news...Nannie and Grandad were in a car crash and he had a baby sister!


The same child shared the middle picture of yesterday’s collage last night with the caption: “Words can’t describe the wholesomeness of this lil’ puddin...but this picture can.” I feel very privileged to be capturing special memories of these first few precious weeks of their journey together.
