You can’t

hold back the tide


A rainy start to today but by lunchtime it had brightened up. Swimming with some friends and one of them tried to calm the sea. (It didn’t work as the sea has a mind of its own and is very strong willed)

I had a lovely walk the length of the beach (see extra) while listening to some music and I am settling down now to have late lunch/early dinner of a chilli prawn spaghetti thing and gonna watch Paris, Texas (a classic) this evening
