Malham Cove

It was an early start this morning in order to catch the sunrise at Malham and as we climbed the steps to the top of the Cove it seemed we would be lucky as there was a lovely pinkish glow in the sky but two minutes later the sky was overcast and all our photographs were taken in the wind and rain.  I have only three keepers from the shoot yet nevertheless we had a great time and both the hike and the weather were invigorating.  It's been a while since I'd been there but it was every bit as beautiful as I remember it.
