Poolside!

Another difficult blip decision. We arrived in Valle de Bravo, Mexico, a beautiful lakeside resort town up high in the central highlands. We arrived here late morning and wandered the marketplace. This town draws the wealthier Mexican vacationers and it was bustling! The lake itself (man made in 1954 as a reservoir for Mexico City) is beautiful. The photos are stunning. But this photo of 11 year old Brookie, our stellar traveler who has taken in the magic of the butterflies and patiently wandered through scenic downtown, who was ecstatic to be poolside, won over all the pretty views.
Granny threw pesos in the pool for her to dive for. She has been awesome and her grin makes us all smile every day.
Tomorrow off to our third and final butterfly sanctuary and then perhaps a hike to the crater of a volcano for a picnic lunch.
