The Ultras

Every big team has their 'Ultras' fans.  They are normally the ones who are responsible for bringing lots of flags and making lots of noise.  Petersfield Town are no different, and have their group of thirteen!

My second visit to Love Lane this season in my 21st football match.  Petersfield raced into a 2-0 lead and were looking good value for their win.  Whilst Petersfield barely committed a foul, their opponents, Hythe and Dibden received four yellow and one red card for bad tackles that they made, and we're still trying to work out how the referee managed to give two penalties which pegged the score back to 2-2.  Petersfield will feel somewhat hard done by, but Fat Andy and Steve from number 11 and I had a great afternoon.
