Visitors

Couldn't resist my robin today.
Went to the osteopath this morning and she worked on my head as I feel I've  had blocked sinuses for weeks. She said they were very congested. 
Just as I was going out for a walk Sandra and Micheal came down the road delivering Christmas cards. I walked with them, it was so good to chat. Sandra asked if I had steamed with olbas oil. I did it when I got home and OMG how it hurt. I do feel better now, hopefully my distance vision may be less blurry.as well.
